Things are still going strong on the meal prep front. Though I’m still struggling with breakfast ideas, I’m just moving forward and trying not to stress about it too much. I’ve given myself a splurge day. That means that one day a week, if I want to, I can buy breakfast or lunch from somewhere and not feel guilty about it.
My concern now is that I have a few days off next week and am worried about how to handle the meal prep on days off. Do I continue to plan or do I take a break? I don’t want to lose momentum and get out of my routine. I don’t typically meal prep for the weekends, so I’m hoping that my few days off can be treated like an extended weekend and I can get back into the groove once my work week begins again. What do others do?
